As co-founder of GAR, Stern has managed its growth from five employees in New Jersey, to over 120 employees working in 22 offices nationwide. Prior, Stern was assistant treasurer of Asta Funding. He began his career as an analyst with Morgan Stanley. Stern holds a masters of business administration from Pace University. In addition, he has participated in the executive education programs of the Wharton School of Business and New York University's Stern School of Business. He is a Certified Financial Planner, Certified Investment Management Analyst, licensed health insurance producer in both New York and New Jersey and has attained the Accredited Disability Representative designation.
